Part 1: The great Army swap Germantown Hardware sits on Germantown Avenue between Ontario and Venango streets in the middle of a North Philadelphia ghetto. Back in the day, the owner hired a handsome 15-year-old boy with a smile bright enough to illuminate the whole town. His name was Ronald Anderson.
